DOUG WHITE – Branch Manager
Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Doug White earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. Upon graduation, he worked in leadership development and political and business consulting with several organizations based in Washington D.C. Following his time in Washington D.C, Doug moved to Hampton Roads to establish Town Scapes Mid-Atlantic. Doug oversees all aspects of the business from business development to daily operations. Doug has proven himself to be an exceptional and reliable leader within Town Scapes by growing a small startup company to a multi-personnel, fully integrated landscaping organization. Doug and his wife have two amazing daughters and a son and live in Virginia Beach.
CALEB HILL – Operations Manager
Caleb was born and raised in Virginia. He received a B.A. in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia where he was a standout soccer player. Caleb’s previous work experience includes over 12 years working in the customer service industry and management field, before beginning work as the Operations Manager with Town Scapes Mid-Atlantic. With his prior work experience and knowledge, Caleb excels at customer relations and problem solving while maintaining a positive attitude and work environment. Caleb enjoys fishing and all variety of sports when is is not working. He currently resides in Virginia Beach.
NADER ABOUELGUBEIN – Business Development Manager
Although originally from Dallas, TX, Nader is a graduate of DePauw University and long time resident of Virginia Beach. His love for the outdoors and helping people brought Nader to the Town Scapes family where he excels at establishing and maintaining customer relationships. As the current CAI Newsmagazine Chairperson, Nader is very involved with the Southeast Virginia Community Associations Institute. Recipient of the CAI Rising Star award and Volunteer of the Year award, his work with CAI is instrumental with the success of Town Scapes. Outside of the company, he coaches diving for the local high schools, trains working dogs at Tidewater Schutzhund Club, and plays softball for his church team.
